Use the wrong type of power and bad eating habits is the cause of excessive weight. Cultivating good eating habits by understanding when to eat and what to eat is the first step to a healthy weight loss diet.

Typical knowledge we consume three times a day. However, the secret of any successful diet and weight loss is to eat 5 times a day. In this way, the body can increase your metabolism, which can burn fat faster and more efficiently.

But a healthy weight loss diet food high in carbohydrates, protein, fat and water are very important.

First Carbohydrates

Better known as carbs for short, are sugars, and its most important function is to supply the body with energy. It is stored in the liver and muscle, called glycogens. Too much intake of carbohydrates will be forced to turn into glycogen fat.

But a healthy weight loss diet eating the best carbohydrates are very important. There are two types of carbs namely low glycemic index and high glycemic carbohydrates. Low-glycemic carbs releases glucagon into the body and use the fat for energy source. High-glycemic carbohydrate food consists of baked potato, french fries, sugar-sweetened drinks, sweet bars, sugar and others are the amount of glycogen in the body, which is turning to fat.

Eat adequate carbohydrates to avoid weight gain diet is the first head of any weight loss diet programs.

Second Protein

Protein aids the improvement and repair of muscles, red blood cells, hair tissues and generates a healthy immune system.

Consuming too much protein diet is effective for weight loss healthy diet that speeds up the development of muscles within the body that will increase metabolism and burn fat faster.

Diet should be egg, fish, meat, poultry, milk, vegetables and seeds.

3rd Fat

Fat has been given a bad reputation for years because it is not always associated with weight loss. However, fat is vital for the formation of cell membranes, produce hormones and primary energy needs.

Figuring out what kind of fat you eat is very important in any healthy weight loss diet.

Eating good fats to monosaturated fats help lower LDL cholesterol levels. Meals such as cashew nuts, almonds, avocados, extra virgin olive oil, pistachio nuts are well balanced healthy weight lost diet foods.

Polyunsaturated fats, omega three and omega 6essential fatty acids the body needs, because it will not give them the same, and are derived from our diet. They are necessary for brain development, stop coronary heart disease, reduce high blood pressure and improve HDL. Good cholesterol levels and maintain bone health. Healthy weight loss diet should embody fish, such as salmon and tuna, kiwi, walnuts and peanuts, meat and so on.

Trans fatty acid stands out as the worst fats that can be consumed. It is counter-productive to any diet because it will increase the LDL (terrible) cholesterol levels and lowers HDL (good) cholesterol levels. Trans-fatty acids found in butter and processed foods.

4th Water

Water is necessary for a healthy weight loss diet. It helps transport nutrients throughout the body, regulates body temperature and aids in digestion.

The water should be about health weight loss diet, since it helps to burn fat, because:

. body will automatically save and store water in the cells, thus increasing the body weight when the water shortages. Once enough water is then stored in the water will be released into the body system.
