It’s frustrating to go to the gym every day or even three days a week and see only minimal results from one’s efforts. Both men and women can experience the challenge of attempting to sculpt and tone their bodies using only diet and exercise. Though weight training and specialized diets can definitely help a person get fit and healthy, a rigorous exercise program and a good diet aren’t always enough to create the body that you really desire. For men and women who wish they had solid abs, the only guaranteed solution may be high definition liposculpture. Many men visit the gym almost every day trying to achieve a muscular, toned appearance. Despite drinking specially developed sports shakes or other diet aids, these men are often disappointed with the results they see in the mirror. The high-calorie sports drinks can sometimes backfire and cause weight gain. Some men experience bloating and digestive issues using these kinds of supplements. Following a healthy diet sometimes isn’t enough to keep men’s bodies healthy when they train vigorously. Getting a six pack isn’t always easy and many men give up on the possibility thinking that it’s just impossible. Women have similar issues. They quest after the elusive turtle tummy, doing sit-ups and crunches to kingdom come in the hopes that their muscles will finally take shape. Women have different diet and exercise issues than men when they’re trying to achieve certain appearance-related goals. Besides carrying weight in different areas of their bodies, women also metabolize calories differently than men. Achieving the perfect turtle tummy can be as elusive to females as the six-pack is to males. But for individuals who are truly committed to having an athletic build, complete with rock-solid abs, a sure-fire solution to the problem is high definition liposculpture. High definition liposculpture is for all the men and women of the world who already work hard on their bodies to look good and feel good. The procedure is ideal for patients who are at or close to their ideal body weight. It is essentially a liposuction procedure performed on the abdomen using specialized technology known as SmartLipo Triplex. Excess fat is removed from between the skin and muscle tissue in the abdomen and then the abdominal muscles are highlighted through “etching” made in the underside of the skin. Fat cells that were extracted from other areas of the body may be re-injected back into the abdomen to help create more volume in the abdominal muscles and make them more noticeable. Then, SmartLipo Triplex is used to tighten the skin overlying the targeted area. Patients who undergo high definition liposculpture can expect to get back on their feet within a week to ten days of the procedure and start seeing results as soon as the swelling and bruising fades away. After working for many years to get a six pack or a turtle tummy, most athletes view this as an acceptable compromise. High definition liposculpture is the procedure for athletes who want to finally look as strong as they feel.
