Cloud service mainly derives from the concept of a cloud, however it is not the same in its natural qualities. Cloud is an estimate. For data it proves to be a boon for calculating the data infrastructure and bringing out the desired result in the required fashion. Basic Mechanism The user can access data through a web based application accessed from a desktop or through Mobile device, tablet, etc. while the data is hosted on server at remote location. It is a consideration as well an argument of experts that cloud provides efficiency to manage data and manage the cost of the data infrastructure in order to help the user concentrate mainly on his business and not the infrastructure. Limitation: One drawback of a SaaS solution is that the users' data are stored on the cloud provider's server. As a result, there could be unauthorized access to the data.
