They are not to make the change and to then only inform their lines in their network underneath you. This defeats the object of the system being applicable and to be followed by everybody at all times in your organization. Do not do anything for your distributors that you know they can do for themselves. This is not being mean to your distributors or proving to them that you as their sponsor are lazy because you do not want to help them. What this is, is to make your distributors independent and that means to do things themselves and to sort things out themselves without running to you and wasting your and their time knowing that the solution to their problems is documented in your duplicatable system. The point that you need to drive home here with all your distributors is they have to duplicate themselves and in that way they will run their business successfully. That way is all documented in the duplicatable system. If they cannot duplicate themselves with the people that they bring into their organization they will not receive an ongoing and increasing residual income. The duplicatable system will ensure that you can work yourself out of a job, which is your ganoderma organo gold network marketing system and still earn an ever increasing residual income without being in your business. That is why a duplicatable system is so important because it is the duplicatable system that will ensure your continued financial success and freedom and loads of time (because you won’t need to be around and waste your own time to answer all the hundreds of questions your distributors are asking because the answers to all those questions are all contained in the documentation of your duplicatable system). This is the only way that any sponsorship can help them grow their business and that is strict adherence to the duplicatable system, without deviation, that you have put in place and will maintain. If your distributors do not adhere to the duplicatable system then you cannot help them, they will then be on their own. They will also not be able to help their people in their network, which is part of your network, so their network and your network or organization then starts to falter and deteriorate. Your distributors won’t be able to help their people in their network because they will not be given a true chance of providing and giving success to their people because their people will not know what to do because they have no reliable duplication system to follow and adhere to. Every situation is different and if they do not have a duplicatable system to fall back on they will never be able to do it successfully and they will quit and drop out.
