They will give their undivided attention so that they can better understand customers’ needs. Afterwards, they will communicate a solution and walk them through the conversion funnel. At all times, CSRs are courteous! A sales guru reportedly said, "All things being equal, most people would rather buy from somebody they like... and that's true even when all things aren't equal."
