We all express ourselves differently. There are many more ways a life coach can help you be more successful in your personal life and your business life, such as: You are more likely to talk about what inspires you, your wellness vision, your personal goals and your dreams and aspirations than you are to talk about the breakfast you had last week. There is soccer, football, softball, baseball, basketball, to name a few. As you contact the sources you have identified, ask them about their past experience in working with clients in your focus area. Be prepared to talk action, to develop a plan, to build accountability structures and to think through real life ways you can be successful with your goals. Given only this criteria, which coach would you trust the future success of your company to? They were able to work with you and develop your skill set such that you could excel at the sport you were playing. Life Changes Stuff happens throughout our lives and changes can be a major cause of stress and even depression in some people. you name it and you can probably find a coach to suit your needs. While there are many great business people who can be great advisors and mentors they are not to be confused with those who have trained, studied and have been certified as a qualified coach. Most coaches offer a free introductory session to alleviate the fear of taking the next step and working with them. Professionalism—is the coach credible in the fact they are competent in the area of your focus and able to bring knowledge, skills, and good advice? A wellness coach is not a consultant. When looking at this business track record do not be put off by an apparent business failure. That’s staggering. Perhaps you’ve hesitated because you weren’t sure how a life coach could help you or maybe you think you don’t really need a life coach.
