Exercise to lose weight should pay attention to a few details: sports and fitness requirements gradual, continuous, slow, long, endurance of exercise and heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and so the data record, regularly go to the hospital for review, modification prescription to make it perfect. Morning exercises are worse than the evening exercise!

Therefore, it should be practiced than twilight morning exercise is good.

Fourth, what physical exercise should to do?

If in motion dizziness, chest pain, shortness of breath and other symptoms should immediately suspend movement, as necessary, to the hospital for examination and treatment, especially in the elderly.

Fifth, stop exercising should pay attention to diet.

In real life, there is indeed some people gain weight after stopping. But fat is not the key to stop movement, but stopped eating and exercise are still the same amount of food, so that the intake of calories from food much more than the calories consumed, thus giving rise to obesity.
