Pragyan Prayash Ojha is an Indian Cricketer who is a left hand batsman and slow left arm orthodox. He plays for the Indian International cricket team, India A, India Red, Mumbai Indians and Surrey team. He is one of the most popular upcoming left arm spinners. In Ranji Trophy 2006 season he took 26 wickets in 6 games for the Hyderabad team at the average points of 19.89. He played for Mumbai Indians team in IPL6. He performed well in first three seasons. He was awarded the purple cap in Indian Premier League 3rd season. Later he called for the ODI debut and also he got selected for the 2009 ICC World Twenty 20 in England tour. He bagged Man of the Match award for his unbeaten performance against Bangladesh. At present he holds 21st ranking in ICC ranking list for test bowler’s role. He played excellent game partnership with R Ashwin and took 20 wickets in home test matches 2011 against West Indies. During 2009/10 season Sri Lanka tour of India test series match he played for India against Sri Lanka. India won by 144 runs and he took just only one not out. During Border Gavaskar Trophy 2013 season India defeat Australia by 6 wickets having just 10 runs. In this game M Vijay scored 57 runs 0ff 123 balls with 8 fours at the strike rate of 46.34 points. Pragyan Ojha news made some good appreciation for his cricket career. At the first test match of West Indies tour of India he hit marvelous entry six wickets for 72 runs in 1st innings. In the year 2009 he took 5 wickets in the 3rd test series in next innings. Again he took 9 wickets in 2 test matches at the average points of 28.66. During Vijay Hazare Trophy 2013 season he played for Hyderabad team against Andhra. Andhra team won by 2 runs. During ICC World Twenty 20 4th match India defeat Bangladesh by 25 runs. Pragyan Ojha did not bat in this match. Gautam Gambhir scored half century off just 46 balls at the strike rate of 108.69 points. Pragyan Prayash Ojha played for Mumbai Indians in IPL 6th season. Mumbai Indians team has lot of great players such as Pollard, Sachin, DR Smith, etc. In Asia Cup 2008 India won the match by 7 wickets against Bangladesh. Raina scored highest 116 in 107 balls with 11 fours and 3 sixes. He played totally 71 first class and 97 Twenty 20 matches.
