IT infrastructure - Not many organizations pay attention to the I.T. support that would be required in order to successfully implement ERP software. Most companies choose to use low cost IT hardware which underperforms. Even though this method does prove to reduce the cost of ERP implementation, it may not allow the organization to derive as much benefit from the software as it would have with the correct IT infrastructure.
