Red Giant announced today that its short film, Plot Device , has won the 16th Annual Webby Award in the Best Editing category.The Webby Awards is a leading international event that honorsexcellence on the Internet, presented by IADAS, an organization ofWeb experts, visionaries and creative celebrities. Plot Device is a nine minute film directed by independent filmmaker SethWorley, and executive produced by Red Giant's Aharon Rabinowitz.Aharon and Seth co-wrote the film to showcase the tools in RedGiant's Magic Bullet Suite 11 with humor and over-the-top visualeffects. The entire film was made for under $10,000, has beenviewed 1,000,000 times and was selected for the new Virgin Airlinescomedy channel.
