A "too big to fail" concert series launched in May seems to have given the Napa Valley enough black eyes for any prize fighter. The issue ? Close to 2 million dollars in unpaid bills, promoters who wrote bad checks, and a police department taht was piad in full as a service provider. The BottleRock melt down seems to have gotten the attention of local press and the big question grows, seemingly by the hour. If the local cops were paid by the same vendor who wrote bad checks and owes millions, what type of justice is being administered by Napa authorities?
The rumor is that both the Napa Valley Sheriff's department and the Napa Valley police were paid by BottleRock organizers.
