Training and Capacity building are often confused. Not understood properly, yet the perception is there that it helps in increasing people’s skills and knowledge. With private and public sector organizations spending a lot on training and capacity building, many dedicated agencies have come to provide structured training to employees working in various verticals. When an organization lags in training & development its workforce will find it difficult to compete with others who perform better in terms of dealings with customers. Experts say training must be consistent throughout a staff career whether he is a manager, employee, supervisor or a CEO.
