The world’s largest embroidery franchise, EmbroidMe, has announced the opening of a new franchise in Gulfport, Mississippi. Local residents, Ted Kreger and Chelsi Canhoto will own and operate the franchise. Before becoming a franchisee, Kreger worked as a fireman for 26 years for the New Orleans Fire Department. “I chose to explore the EmbroidMe opportunity now that I am preparing for retirement from the fire department,” said Kreger. “I was looking for a business I could start with my daughter, Chelsi, and EmbroidMe really was the best fit for us.” EmbroidMe provides full-service custom embroidery and screen-printing for apparel, as well as promotional products and gifts to both the private and commercial segments. EmbroidMe currently operates nearly 400 retail locations, and is part of the United Franchise Group, a $500 million franchising expert with 30 years of experience and 1,400 franchise locations in over 50 countries. Other franchise brands include SIGNARAMA, Billboard Connection, Plan Ahead Events and Transworld Business Advisors. For more info, click here
