Milan, for example, is the second largest city in Italy and one of the most important cities in the fashion world. Milan has a history in fashion as rich as the textiles they produce. In 2009, the city was officially declared as “the fashion capital of the world.” Sao Paulo, the largest city in Brazil is also a city steeped in fashion and beautiful architecture. Rua Oscar Freire, in the Jardins neighborhood, is one of the most luxurious streets in the world. Rodolfo Michel fell in love with the architecture and photographed the city to use in his postcard series. Visiting theses places has been a gift for Rodolfo Michel.
