Now if you do any type of research about this topic you will notice some websites state that it’s safe and some say to avoid it like the plague. Here is the question have humans been consuming this stuff for thousands of years? The answer is no, right? So knowing that it doesn’t provide any health advantage, but only contains health risks, it’s probably best to error on the side of caution and avoid Magnesium Stearate. This is just one thing that someone really should be on the lookout for when purchasing a dietary supplement, and of course there are lot more. What makes things worse is that supplements are usually confusing, and the industry has a lot of loose rules. The FDA in the United States believes that companies that make supplements should police themselves, which is ridiculous. That is like asking two football teams that they don’t need a referee, and they can figure things out between the two of them.
