Violence is an intentional attempt to use physical force and power against a person, a group of people, or a community that result in injury, death, psychological harm, or deprivations. Violence has lifelong consequences on victim’s physical and mental health and social functioning. Gun violence affects more than its victims. But gun enthusiasts disagree with this proposal.
