In this article I am going to explain how you go about evaluating the success of your article marketing campaign. There may be many different ways of doing this but the way I am going to show you is very easy to do. What Is Success? First of all let us define success. To be successful with your article marketing there are a few things that need to happen: you need visitors to read your article you need those visitors to click on your resource box you need those visitors to become subscribers (if you are building your email list) you need your subscribers to become buyers Therefore there are a few steps that visitors will go through and each of those steps need to be successful. However, in order to truly understand if your article marketing campaign is successful or not you really need to be looking at the number of sales you are making from your articles. In the end it is not how many subscribers you have or how many visitors you have, it is the number of sales you make and how profitable your business is. That is the success that you are looking for. This is how you can determine your success: Creating Different Webforms Use a different webform code for each squeeze page that you use in your resource box. You could use a different one for every single article but this becomes too big to manage when you are writing lots of articles. Therefore I recommend using a different webform code for each category that you write an article in. This enables you to understand which category your subscriber has come from. In your Autoresponder account you should be able to add a tag which might be in the form of a number to specific webforms and any subscriber who comes into your campaign through that webform will be tagged with that number. Therefore every subscriber will have a specific tag which relates to an article category. At this point you may begin to see that a particular category is more effective than another in terms of bringing subscribers into your list. However if those subscribers do not convert to buyers then there is no point in you spending more effort writing articles in that particular category. Who Are Buyers Therefore the next step is to monitor who becomes a buyer. This route will require some work on your part and you will need to check to see where your buyer has come from by looking at the tag that you have set up in your Autoresponder. Once you begin to make sales you will be able to see which article category is producing subscribers that are converting to buyers. This will then enable you to determine how successful your article campaign is. If you put your results in a spreadsheet you will be able to keep track over time to monitor your results and ultimately you can then implement the changes and target your article writing so that you know you are working at the optimal level in terms of being successful. essay services
