There are a number of ways to raise the conversion rate of your ad, but by far, the best is using testimonials. Your offer immediately seems more believable when there are testimonials supporting it. People are always concerned about being scammed online, so you want to reassure them that your product is legitimate. A reader who sees that previous customers have good things to say about your offer will feel much better about trying it. There's no doubt about it -testimonials make it more likely that readers of your ad will buy your product. It's important to create original ads rather than ones that are already found all over the web. The reason for this is simple, you want your ad to stand out from the rest. Generic affiliate ads, for instance, can be found all over the internet and using these will just make you look like one of the crowd. The more distinctive your ezine ad is, the more effective it will be. It's not so hard to create an ad that gets people's attention. As long as you understand the basics of copywriting, you can write a quality solo ad that converts.

Pay attention to the style of your solo ad -does it come across like a corporate memo or government form? Have the attitude that you're talking to someone who's sitting across from you. The goal is to really communicate with your readers. Let them know you understand their needs and concerns. Sound friendly and write your copy like you're writing to a friend. This will make your prospect feel warm and comfortable. You want to relate to people in a way that's intimate and personal. You're not writing an academic paper here, you're trying to connect with people.

There are multiple parts to this entire process, and you have to know them. Do not get bogged down with wondering about this or that; just take action.
