Excel is a Microsoft spreadsheet program and is available as a segment of the Microsoft Office software package. Not all computer users have this software and they can use Excel to PDF conversion software. Portable Document Format is a more commonly viewed one and is available on almost all computers. Use the arrows that are in the address bar in the “Open” dialogue box, to find the folder that you have saved the excel file in. Highlight that excel file and click “open”. Add the required page breaks to that excel document. Click on “Page Layout”, highlight the row that is just under the row where the page break needs to be inserted. Click “breaks” and then select “Insert Page Break” option. You will notice a dash line where all the page breaks show up within your excel document. If you want to remove the page breaks, click “breaks” and the select “Remove Page Break”. Now adjust the page break on the excel document as per your requirement. Click “Page Layout” and then the “View” tab. Select “Page Break Preview” and adjust the location of the page breaks by clicking on the blue boarders once and then drag then to the position you want them at. Do not forget to hold the mouse down while you are doing this. You can also print the excel to PDF format with the page breaks in the manner that you print a regular document. If you need to convert a document from PDF to Word, the steps will be a little more complicated. However, PDF to Word conversion software is easily available and you can follow instructions that are mentioned in the help menu. Alternatively, you can check online tutorials on YouTube. These tutorials have videos with a voice over and the screen shots provide you with step-by-step instructions about how you can action the conversion.
