PRUF LED hasflipped the switch on the most cutting-edge, fully automated SMTproduction facility to manufacture a broad spectrum of LED lightingpanels, including the only 4-foot panels produced in the UnitedStates, proving once again why the company is a leader in the LED(light emitting diode) lighting industry. The line includes a compact LED assembly system and screen printerfrom Juki, a reflow oven from BTU International and NutekConveyors.
When indexed three times, the JX-100LED Compact LEDAssembly System from Juki seamlessly supports 48" long boards. Thenew PMAXII Large Format Fully Automatic Screen Printer utilizes apatented mathematical calculating algorithm to ensure the machine'shigh accuracy print alignment that easily achieves 01005 (0402metric) printing. BTU's PYRAMAX(TM) solder reflow ovens aredesigned and built to master today's lead-free processes. And,their unparalleled combination of thermal performance, versatilityand value set the industry standard for world-class performance.
