For the general reader, if he or she want to be a surfer it involve various things like balance, attitude, little bit negligence and self confidence in own soul but there are some different facts that come across the world wide resulting from the surveys that you need some extra fitness that is an important factor for surfing. This is a new aspect that comes arrive in surfing. People judge your ability as how fit you are? Research on surfing is a different task to do, it need lot of attention on the people who surf on daily basis. Scientifically there is not a single way through which you can measure the ability of the person of riding the wave. That’s why there is no as such science specific machine which measure the surfing skills and that is the reason why surfing science has been completed. In actual surfer spent very little for surfing if surfing is all about riding a wave. The total time that a surfer spent in the sea is not the surfing time it’s the time at which he or she ride a wave or we can say it’s just the 10 percent of the total time that a surfer spent in sea. In that 10 percent they will get the total speed of around thirty miles per hours. Surfer’s spent most of time in paddling the waves, this activity includes the fifty percent of total time and rest of the time is used in try to making the balance on surf board, catching the wave. According to a survey surfers heart beat is very fast during surfing when they just follow the wave. According to the researchers it is 190 plus beats per minute when they play this as a competition and after the end of this competition they breathe in normal state. So there is lots of exercise including in surfing or we can say this is a total package of aerobic. At least 80 percent of the time heart beat of the surfer remains at 120 beats per minute. So by this all stuff we mean to say that it’s an aquatic sport that is getting popular around the world. It is funny also you feel so much fun when you play this sport. It will give you benefits as you do exercise then your body get in shape within very few months on regular basis practice. It will increase your strength and flexibility and improve your skills. There are some of the benefits from surfing- Improvement in balance- this one of the most important benefit that you get in your body is balance. For surfing you have to balance yourself on surf board and that will develop your balancing capacity. The effect of your surfing balancing act is that you feel it in your daily life routine. Once you gain that balancing ability perfectly then no matters that what is your age you will be able to manage your balance on surf boards. Increased strength- this is another most important benefit that is associate with surfing that it will increase your strength and when you do paddling in water that gives you strength. By this your muscles power will automatically increases, your chest grows up and shoulders are getting tight. It will definitely increase your daily work ability. This will also help you to gain some more benefit like weight loss. Increased flexibility- surfing will play an important role to get flexibility. It will help you to do better surfing and will protect you from the injury as well. If you have good flexibility in your body then there is no chance that your muscles pulled up. So that means we are getting lots of benefits if we did surfing on regular basis but for surfing you should have total surf fitness in your body. Surfing makes you fitter and stronger and faster.
