United Arab Emirates are quite in demand for many such Construction projects with almost about 735 buildings built in the first quarter of the financial year 2013. This is an diversification of 6.6% compared the previous quarter. With these many projects being completed or nearing completion the energy demand in the region has also gone up. In a land where the sun shines most of the times creating immense heat the most logical source of energy would be the generating power and electricity from solar panels and solar films. As rightly so the UAE has also stepped foot into the setting up solar panels by means of Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) which would produce and excess of 25,000 megawatt after meeting the energy requirements of household needs of and saving cost spent on electricity and power by about 25%.With the UAE expecting a 71% increase in primary energy demand by 2019 and the total energy spend set to be over $926m, adapting solar energy in the total energy mix of buildings is a significant way forward. An exhibition named solar Middle East was held at Dubai in the early half of the year 2013 which was the first exhibition to base a theme on solar energy as a separate entity. A spokesperson from a leading Dubai based firms that specializes in producing energy and electricity through solar power says that the United Arab Emirates is expected to be a major engine in the growth of solar power energy in the years to come. Utility scale photovoltaic solar systems are economical, highly efficient and reliable sources of alternate energy. The advanced thin solar film yields superior results in generating energy in the desert and hot climate areas such as the UAE, along with low costs of production and a low environmental depletion quotient. The technical and technological improvements and the infrastructure available to the businesses makes the chief of the fields say that they look in a good position in the UAE and along with the international and national collaborations the enterprises is en-route to strengthen its position in the middle east market. An Abu-Dhabi based markets has secured a deal worth $600million for middle east solar energy project. The project is based on Concentrated solar power and is the largest solar project transaction in the area till date. United Arab Emirates is a land where the sun shines to its might and temperatures of about 50 degrees centigrade are a daily affair. The commerces operates on a joint venture with other three other firms setting, developing and maintaining a plant in a small town about 120 kilometers southwest of Abu-Dhabi. Upon setting up of the solar power plant it would be the most important generator of electricity from solar power that uses the solar film in UAE .
