Building renovation in UAE is now practiced comprehensively by hotels as they need to be in constant competition with each other to keep up the standards. This has resulted in the mounting the number of tourists. In a certain hotel, all rooms were furnished with creative guest amenities, bathrooms made of wood and marble, a shower area with ample space and a spectacular view of the desert landscape urges the tourists to visit over and over again. The contract involves renovating the two-storey museum and building new paths for visitors and also to construct a separate building for archaeological site. A famous hotel which also has endowments of historical heritage has begun renovation to attract people. Their motto states “comes as guests and leave as family” which puts them at a pedestal with respect to hospitality. They have stood strong for more than 62 years and is now in the process of transformation. Building renovation in UAE has become more than just a maintenance factor in today’s world. Considering the new turn of events during which a famous hotel which focussed on complete renovation and expansion which led them to win a prestigious award, has become quite a trend-setter. This award was provided under the category of “New Hospitality Structures” due to their pioneering design and architecture. This in turn attracted a large amount of tourists. This puts them on the road to become one of the leading five-star hotels in UAE. Following this incident, many internationally famous hotels took up the task of renovation at extreme levels. A renowned hotel decided to refurnish all their guest rooms, the restaurants and the other facilities and as a result of this, they were not operational for more than a year! Another key category of building renovation which leads to tourist attraction in UAE is none other than means of reaching the tourist spot- The Airport! The seat occupancy rate is said to be 70-75% during summer in the Middle East. It is very important for this market to raise their standards if they need more than 90% occupancy during summer. Therefore, several government businesses came together and formed the “Summer Campaign”. This increased the number of tourists during the Dubai festivals. The fields are continuously trying to enhance Dubai’s image in many fields especially when it concerns exhibitions, festivals, conferences and other events. This why Dubai has become the ultimate destination for families to spend their vacation. Therefore, building renovation in UAE has proved to be a great deal to tourist attraction! A important airlines business has also made an main contribution in helping the airports renovate and has provided very comfortable flights for the same.
