The HP Colour LaserJet 3700 is a great machine for small to medium sized businesses who want to print in both colour and black and white on a regular basis. This printer can handle the regular type of mundane printing, offices and admin staff have to do on a monthly basis, with a duty cycle of 55,000 pages every month. The printer also has a number of software enhancements to make this very attractive to users. It is possible to print onto thicker cardstock too. It does come with a disk to make installation super easy and it is at this point, it is possible to also peruse HP’s software toolbox to set up status and error alerts. This printer is also able to process the print job internally, which makes for faster printing. The machine can utilise a straight pathway by pulling a flap down at the back of the printer.
