Xerox Phaser 6140 Printer are only available in one capacity and they are not necessarily the largest toners but this is because this is a budget range printer. That said the black Xerox 6140 toner cartridge is still a healthy 2,600 page yield and then the cyan, magenta and yellow Xerox Phaser 6140 toner give 2,000 page yields. There are options with the paper capacity, with the standard paper tray offer 250 sheets and with the addition of an extra paper tray, this boosts up to 500 sheets. Xerox like to make things easy for their customers and have equipped this printer with an installer to make sure this printer can be up and ready straight away. This is handy for people who work in an administrative capacity. They have also bundled Printing Scout and Centre Ware software to give users maximum options including error alerts, skipping blank pages and run black only option. This is a relatively fast printer, with speeds of 21 pages per minute for black and white printing and 19 pages per minute for colour. The resolution is 600 x 600 x 4 dpi and it is able to offer booklet and banner printing.
