Did you ever use Skype for your business? You can go for this option as this is free, very convenient for general user and also for small businessmen. Mostly, Skype works for calling the regular user who uses Skype for calling their peer group and relatives for free. As they mostly call by using this Skype calling. It handles the content of the business types. For big businesses, Skype facilitates its services of a VoIP providing PBX system. The owner could use Skype Manager to accommodate credits in the accounts, but the calling will be same and easy to use for the new one. For all, Skype have the option of taking local numbers, so that companies of other country can call you at low price. Skype have the facility of “click-to-call” button on your account, as Skype user can call by a click only. It is smart option to have a account of tech-support business having customers on Skype as well. If you are the owner of a business that is for children or for older one, then using it is no more beneficial. Main concern is whether Skype is useful for you or not. It is a primitive system .As per Skype forums, there is no support for business and the website takes the feedback via forums and FAQs. You have to file a support ticket, and then you have to wait for the response but no one is willing to wait as they have the business conferences and sales calling work. There is no way to get the support directly from the Skype developing team and even they don’t have any contact number even. Only a blog is available on the internet which tells the users if any problem is occurring on the Skype but it can’t ensure you that your problem will be available to the development team. Skype is working on this aspect but then, it will charge something from you. So that you could have more sophisticated Skype Manager and can provide full support. But the cost for that support is not decided yet. If the needed help still not there then you can go for the option of traditional support, though you want to use VoIP services. And now for home and small business, Skype can be best alternative for you, for normal phones in the emergency. But for big businesses, it’s really hard for the company to have little support for the corporate environment problem.
