Most of the people know already all the exercises required to get a flat stomach. The humble crunch if modified is perhaps all you really require. Exercise has to be done regularly to succeed ideally 3 times per week. Remember if you do not do the skills you won't get the drills.

And finally, hydrate yourself. Drink plenty of water as water facilitates with eliminating toxins and other toxins inside you.
