Sony Alpha Rumors, a foreign website today published the user’s manual of Sony phone peripheral which was rife long and carrying photosensitive element. Definitely it was not the whole but a part. The two versions of sony ericsson respectively were high-end positioning DSC-QX100 and basic version of DSC-QX10. From the function, the two were used to adhere to the phone to extend photo but the camera and photosensitive element of the two had differences. In the exposed news, OX100 would adopt internal accessories equal to Sony RX100M2 including Exmor R photosensitive element of one-inch 20.2 million pixels and Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar of F/1.8. The user’s manual referred that the version of product would carry focusing control loop whose weight was 179g QX10 adopted a smaller-size CMOS sensor of 1/2.3-inch 18 million pixels, F3.3-5.9 camera, which was basically same to Sony WX150 digital camera and the whole camera was 105g. So far, the selling price of the two Sony Ericsson ST18i was not clear. But it could predict from the camera products early sold by Sony, like RX100M2 on Amazon was 600 US dollars; Sony WX150 camera’s selling price was 400 US dollars. The selling price could be the reference. Besides the difference in camera and the materials of photosensitive element, the two versions of Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 would have some similar functions, such as the built-in microphone and electric quantity and a small display panel of SD card reminder and the tripod and hang with accessories. Moreover they would be equipped with professional shutter button and multi-function interface, etc. In fact,the ways that how to fix the two lens to the phones was not sure and it was generally thought to be fixed on the back of the phones through the adjustable support and the system connecting to the phone through wireless collocation. DSC-QX10 and QX100 not only supported Sony Android smartphones but also supplied the support to iPhone and the phone screen could exist as the electronic view-finder of the two versions of lens. So if you want to take a good photo with Sony Ericsson Xperia ,it is good to consider the two versions of phones.
