The AAC autoclave can be classified as electric-opening autoclave , hydraulic-opening autoclave, and pneumatic-opening autoclave according to the power behind to push the door. As we can see from the name, the door of electric-opening autoclave is pushed by electric , the door of hydraulic-opening AAC autoclave is pushed by hydraulic, and the door of the pneumatic is helped by air. All those are belong to the automatic autoclave rather than traditional, which is simple, less operating procedure, open light, and has worm reducer with self-locking effect. Application: It is widely used in aerated concrete block, , concrete pipe, sand-lime brick, fly ash bricks, porous calcium silicate board, new lightweight wall materials, asbestos insulation, high strength autoclave curing plaster and other building materials in the reactor to complete Cao-Si02-H2O hydrothermal reaction. Also widely used in rubber products, wood drying and preservative treatment, heavy metal smelting, coal oil seepage firebrick invasion, consistent glass steam curing, high pressure treatment chemical products, canned food high pressure processing, pulp cooking, cable vulcanization, fishnet stereotypes and chemical , pharmaceutical, aerospace industry, insulation materials, textile workers, military and other support required pressure steam process of production projects. Structure: ZG automatic autoclave has the same structure as general autoclave basically. The only difference is that the head side in the autoclave door’s head has a booster device the general ones don’t have. And the booster device is made up of the transmission shaft, joint slack, speed reducer, bracket and electric motor. This device is installed in the lateral face of the autoclave door. When to turn on or off the autoclave door, the operator turns on the motor and the power of motor goes through the speed reducer and the transmission shaft to make the rotor arm of the opening system rotate so as to turn on or off the autoclave door. When turning on and off the door, the operator should observe whether the rotor arm rotate stable or not. If jammed, the machine should be turned off right now and the operator removes the obstacles to escape the machine’s breaking down.
