The main advantage of thalis is that one can get fully satisfied at very cheap rates. Nowadays, apart from spicy and oily food Indian folks have also started preparing microwave recepies. These recepies are specially prepared for health conscious people because in microwave cooking, very less amount of oil is used, hence, this way of cooking is safe and healthy. Microwave cooking is the best and easy way of cooking as this food is prepared in very less time, so, it consumes less power and the food prepared by it is also very good for health. Indian Microwave cooking has revolutionized the whole set up of kitchen, as now no kitchen is complete without microwave. These ovens use radio waves to cook the food. These waves get absorbed by the fat and moisture content of food, hence, generating the heat through friction and vibration of molecules and this generated heat cooks the food. Indian microwave recepies also have same taste as one will find in dishes made in pan. These dishes are also full of aroma. The only difference is that the dishes made on gas needs more oil in comparison to dishes made in microwave.
