AAC pant is short for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete palnt. The blocks are made to aerate by creating a reaction between silica in base material such as fly ash or sand, active lime, and aluminum power. The block hardness is being achieved by cement strength, and instant curing mechanism by autoclaving. Gypsum acts as a long term strength gainer. Autoclave is the large pressure vessel that can steam the pressurized bricks or normal bricks which is made from aerated concrete blocks, sand and pulverized fly ash, and then complete the reaction of Cao-SiO2-H2O. the autoclave used to seam the block in AAC plant is called AAC autoclave. There are a lots of equipments need in the AAC plant , such as boiler to provide steam ,the jaw crush and ball miller to crush the material to powder ,and the pouring mixer , storage for slurry ,industrial autoclave, Ferry car for mixer, mold car, mold car, Side plate , cutting line, Peel overturning platform, Twin beam overhead crane, Trolley ,The winch.
