Preventive Maintenance includes measurement, adjustments, tests and replacement of some parts after a particular interval of time. Predictive Maintenance is also an important part of preventive maintenance. In Predictive Maintenance a constant check up of the system is done based on continues diagnosis and monitoring of the system. The philosophy of Predictive Maintenance revolves around three main areas Surveillance, Diagnosis and Remedy. Then there are precautionary measures such as Pareto analysis, breakdown analysis and forecasting time between successive system failures. For these purpose, assessing/reviewing the maintenance data is very beneficial. The analytics firms provide the best model for preventive maintenance. Services provided ranges from cleaning, equipment check, Diagnostic Activity to Partial or complete overhauls at specified periods. Other than that you get assured services at your demand.
