After making political chaos and communal riots decades earlier now the state is heading for global progress. It is Uttar Pradesh. Upon seeing the liberalized policies of the government and FDI regimes many NRIs were invoked to make their investments. This was meant for either for business perspectives or for their comebacks someday. The real estate sector in India which stood next to agriculture in employments and revenue generation was thus, shuffled. Getting a land in the city of Constantinople of India or more precisely Lucknow was no more a cakewalk. With the assistance of the real estate industry people came forth dictating their kinds of homes and offices. Some preferred eco friendly while the others preferred in the midst of hustling bustling crowds. The city was planned properly having lush green plantations around. Because of these offices and homes the poor people could get the jobs of the minions. They were hired for the posts of maids, servants and other housekeeping staffs. Thus, in a manner it was a measure taken to curb the menace of poverty. Uttar Pradesh despite in the whirlpool of controversies was in the peak of urbanization. After making its place in Noida, Ghaziabad and Allahabad it was the city Lucknow.
