Constipation is a problem of insufficient evacuation of bowels caused by improper digestion of food and unhealthy eating habits. When a person is having the problem of constipation then at that time he does not get relief after visiting the toilet.

Frequent eating of foods at different times do not make easy in digesting of food, as a result there is no complete clearance of bowel in a single visit to the toilet. After incomplete clearance of the bowels the remaining wastes get deposit in the intestines. By this way the bowel is not being formed.

There are many symptoms of constipation like foul smell from the mouth, lack of eagerness, headache, tiredness, bleakness and feverishness.

There are many different causes of constipation and some of the causes are lack of rest, habit of holding back the pressure, intestinal weakness, hurried evacuation of bowels, tension, spoilt food habits, sanitation of the toilet and lack of enough water in the body. Persistent constipation also causes piles and sciatica.

There are many different ways to relieve constipation and remain healthy. One of the best ways is to consume plenty of green vegetables and fruits. Another best way to relieve constipation is to go for a walk and do regular exercise to remain healthy. You should visit the bathroom as many times as you eat, even if you don't feel.

Early get up in the morning before sunrise is an effective way to relieve constipation and remain healthy. To remain healthy eat the food in a cheerful mood and also develop the habit of evacuating the bowels regularly at a proper time. Consuming fruits and juice once in a week gives relief to intestines and helps to relieve constipation.

Another way to relieve constipation is to consume natural food items. Food is the primary way to relieve constipation. Through nutritional regime you can heal all types of diseases caused by constipation. Person is suggested to take natural food that fuels the bowel action in a natural way.

Drinking of lemon juice with warm water at night is the best way relieve constipation and keep you healthy. Lemon juice helps in clearing the bowels. Drinking of 12gms lemon juice and 12gms of jiggery powder with a glass of water at nighttime for few days helps to treat constant constipation.

Eating papaya is another best method to relieve constipation. When you feel constipated than at that time take papaya before going to bed which helps to clear your bowels early in the morning. A person can also consume tarmarind pulp by boiling in water and mixing sugar. Tarmarind helps to relieve from flatulence and constipation. Honey is a natural mild laxative. Taking of 50gms of honey mixed in fresh water or milk in the morning or before going to sleep helps to cure constipation.

These are the best natural ways to relieve constipation and remain healthy. Along with following these ways you should also take proper diet to relieve constipation and remain healthy.
