Many people when they work hard, they feel taking the early retirement option offered in their companies. The company informs in common, by offering better retirement benefits to the workers to go on retirement. The workers as well feel, when they retire in the forty years, they can still work and earn money. Unfortunately, when they apply to the new job, they are offered only little pay to work. Their dignity never permits them to work under value to their real standard of education and merit them posses with them. They are willing to work from home, and especially computer based jobs. They are not computer professionals but they have the strong knowledge in the computer operation, copy paste, posting an advertisement and writing their opinion in the social media sites. They are doing all these without any monetary benefits. They are not aware, if they do this kind of works to the reputed online companies they can earn well of course if they work for fulltime, not the part time. The companies are offering the works in different plans; the plans are like part time, fulltime and for the corporate working. In the corporate working, they have to complete the work with the help of one or two people or they have to take ten logins in a site to earn good income. The wise person takes ten logins in a company, taking the work from the workers and paying little to them and he is able to make money out of this way. This means he is able to make more than his earlier last salary received by him in his company before his volunteer retirement. These people are working from home in their computer and earning well, but they are not recommending the same work to the outsiders. Only for their close friends, and relatives they are recommending to the company. However, they never get any incentive money for recommending the new person to the company; this is also one of the reasons, why they are not interested in informing about the work home base site, where they work to the others. By informing, the person has to clear the doubts of the new person, it is a waste of time to him. Therefore, recommending to the close one is not difficult for him, moreover he is interested to help the close one these are the reasons the site is not popular with the public and the site is running successfully with the satisfied customers of the company. The companies, which are offering the home based works to the people, are not able to earn much from the subscription money collected from the workers. They are almost doing these as a service, and only altruistic service to the public. Therefore, these companies are not interested in advertising in the media, and in the newspapers and other ways, these companies feel it is not worth advertising. The dubious companies are advertising in various ways, collecting money from the public, and misusing the advertisement, taking money from the public and not providing the jobs. In some cases, the job is offered but the pay is not paid even after many months and years. However, there are a few companies are providing the genuine work and every month salary to the workers without fail, all they need only quality works from the workers not more than that, even they collect only a nominal fee as subscription.
