Arrow Electronics and Infosys BPO have announced signing an agreement to jointly market comprehensive services for information technology asset lifecycle management to their US clients. As per this arrangement, Arrow and Infosys will provide end-to-end IT asset management services, including procurement, deployment and configuration, support, and decommissioning and disposition of assets. Arrow’s value recovery business provides specialized management of reverse material streams, IT asset recovery and remarketing services that enable technology users to generate greater efficiencies and value at the end of IT product lifecycles. Infosys BPO will bring its proven capabilities across business process transformation and outsourcing, and mature global delivery network to help deploy and manage these solutions.
