Now, contract the deep muscles stabilizing the spine. Take breath and get relaxed. Stay in the position for 30 seconds. Lying Twist: First, you should lie down on the floor on your back, bend your knees, and flatten the feet. Stretch the arms at your shoulder height keeping them away from the body. Now, drop the knees to either side and move your head to the other side. Stay gentle and hold this position for up to 30 seconds.
