There simply was not enough function to, when I started my new work I had a serious trouble - indifference do That doesn't seem overly awful, but it was over a night-shift and there was basically no one else to talk to. The job involved changing computer tapes and disks onto a classic mainframe. It was the type of machine that cost millions years past, and nobody seemed to need to upgrade it. The total amount of work varied but occasionally I would go for an hour or two without doing anything. It had been occasionally quite difficult to remain alert with the hum of air conditioner and the server room making it even more challenging. My manager wouldn't have minded me completing the hrs by surfing the internet perhaps browsing Face Book but sadly it had been all blocked. It was to stop the day staff from wasting their days, but sadly it afterward applied to me also. I discovered how it had been blocked, it was through a little device known as a content filter which stopped access to the Face publication URL and also looked in the content for almost any petitions. This meant that only bouncing the request from a proxy server would not work either as the content filter would see the request in the packet. The trick I found was to utilize a mix of techniques, first you needed to use a proxy to relay your petition to Fb or the blocked site. In this event it'dn't see any reference of Face Book and thereby permit the request. It works in virtually exactly the same manner anyplace, even in those countries that are sometimes obstructed from accessing sites like Fb. Actually on a country level the filtering is much less advanced and simpler to circumvent. When Turkey recently blocked entry to Twitter, they did so by simple DNS poisoning. Which means that when you request the ip number of Twitter, you received a fictitious 1 from the ISPs DNS servers, which rather routed you through into a Government written page. Or you can definitely avoid using others DNS servers to some extent and solve the addresses manually and pop in a hosts file. But unfortunately most corporate networks are slightly more sophisticated than that. anyway you may locate these forms of programs but unfortunately they are quite costly to perform so I didn't locate any free ones. Everything you want though is a proxy/VPN service which permits a degree of encryption - it additionally needs to be fast as a small overhead is added by encryption.
