You are only in competition with yourself. Once you understand that, you'll see much more progress, and see yourself moving faster towards you're goals. I apply this in mixed martial arts and see great progress. I am ale to push my limits everyday as I focus on my own skills and not that of another. I am present with my body and mind. If you focus on competition with another, you are focusing on protection and not creation. You are worried about what the other person is doing, and this causes a bad effect on yourself. You could be using this time and energy to think of ways to give value, and get more people to buy you're product, increase sales. Don't get me wrong though. There are good competition and bad competition. Good competition is when you're doing a sport and one person is just one step above you. You see him/her doing it and this inspires you to reach that level, and you know it can be done. You push yourself to reach this, because you know it can be done. Once you start to realize you are only in competition with yourself, you'll become a person that creates your destiny. You'll see yourself become more focused and see you're success come faster. Again you must not look at failure as a bad thing. I've explained this before and am refreshing you're memory. Learn from you're mistakes, and you will not repeat them. Listen to the wise words of others and do not let you're ego control you're action. Listen to people who have already gotten what you desire. You wouldn't listen to someone who isn't good at relationships to get better at relationships. So why would you do it with your money? Be careful who you are asking help from. Surround yourself with the right people. People that will help you move towards success. Have your desire in mind and go after it. Focus on creation and not protection. Listen, and learn from the people that already have succeed. Do not let you're ego stop you from moving forward and listening. Apply what is meant to work, and you'll get to success.
