American Guest House, a Washington DC bed and breakfast near Dupont Circle, has announced their July 4th Extravaganza Package to celebrate the National Archives 238th anniversary of the adoption of the Declaration of Independence. Guests who stay at this DC hotel the week of July 4th will receive a bottle of champagne or $40 off the nightly rate. Details About the Package This July 4th package will be available from July 1st to July 6th. Guests can choose from a bottle of Moet and Chandon champagne or $40 off the hotel’s regular rates. Ceremony at the National Archives The ceremonies will take place at the National Archives Building, Constitution Avenue between 7th and 9th Streets, on July 4th, from 10:00am to 5:30pm.
