You may find yourself exhausted with trying so hard with lose your belly fat, but it just won’t budge. Perhaps you are being mindful of what you are eating, exercising, and drinking plenty of water. You don’t always have to eat meat, reducing it may actually benefit your body. Try different sources of protein such as beans, lentils, tempeh, tofu. 3. Reduce white bread, pasta, pastries, and sugary snacks. Replace with brown rice, quinoa, barley, and protein or veggie snacks. 4. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water. Always carry water with you wherever you go. Sometimes when you think you are hungry, your body is actually just thirsty. 5. Read labels. Aim for buying food that has ingredients you understand. Shop the perimeter of the store and avoid the center aisles. Here’s a rule of thumb: If God created it, it is good. If a corporation made it, it’s not so good (majority of the time). Another important factor in blasting your belly fat is making up your mind that your belly fat will go away. Sound crazy? I know.
