Akhilesh Singh, deputy chief executive officer (DCEO), the Noida authority said “The authority advise is that a buyer should first check whether a builder has a land for a group housing project or not. Later buyer should figure out that building layout for group housing is approved from the authority or not. Then he/she should go to buyer housing. In Noida’s notified area only the Noida authority can approve building layout of a group housing or other project,”
