1. Preheat the oven to 325 degree Fahrenheit and fill it 3/4th with frozen hash browns and top it with shredded cheese. 2. In petite sauce pan, melt the butter on medium to low heat, add flour and cook for about 3 minutes. Slowly whisk 1 cup heavy cream, dry mustard, salt and pepper to taste, cook it for few more minutes as it thickens. 3. Pour sauce over hash browns and cheese in individual wells. Bake it for 45 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before unmolding.
• 8 eggs, beaten • 3/4 cup cottage cheese • 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese • 2 cups baby leaf spinach • 1 cup asparagus, chopped • 1 whole tomato, diced
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and place the oven rack in center position. Place a mold on perforated baking sheet and keep it aside. 2. In mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and pour into wells. Bake it for 35 minutes or until center is set.
