Ways to Increase Your Libido

It happens to millions of men every single year. They find that although the desire is there, they simply cannot physically perform in bed. This causes stress which further exacerbates the problem. Fortunately for the men who do suffer from ED, there is hope. And it doesn’t have to come in the form of a little blue pill.

Exercise Exercise is the best known cure for just about every disease known to man. Now there are some that require more aggressive measures. For instance, cancers are not going to go away simply because those who suffer start to exercise more.

A regular exercise regime works wonders for a plethora of different areas of the body.

Mood – Vigorous exercise is known to release endorphins. These hormones are often referred to as the happiness hormones because they help to boost one’s mood. If you are suffering from depression, start working out and watch your symptoms diminish.

Heart – It has long been known that regular exercise strengthens the heart. This lowers your risk of heart attack, and allows you to enjoy a longer happier life.

Diminished Diseases – There are a number of instances where starting, and maintaining, a regular exercise program people have seen their diabetes clear up, their insomnia disappears, their arthritis goes away, and a number of other symptoms are gone.

Testosterone – Exercise promotes testosterone production, in men at least. This hormone is responsible for maintaining fitness, decreasing fatigue, boosting the libido, and growing body hair. Want more testosterone? Start working out.

Eat Right

Exercise won’t do you any good if you still eat cheeseburgers every single day. Instead of gorging on junk food, maintain a healthy diet.

Protein – If you are working out, even just doing cardio work, you will be burning through a lot of protein. You need to replace it, and the best way is through lean meats (and legumes like beans). Skip the fatty red meats, and opt for lean meats like salmon, tilapia, chicken, and lean cuts of pork.

Grains – White rice and white bread are some of the worst grains you can eat. They have been processed beyond belief and stripped of nearly all nutrients. Instead, go for the whole grains like wheat breads, nine-grain breads, whole oats, wild rices, and others like quinoa or hemp hearts.

Fruits and Vegetables – You can’t go wrong eating a lot of fruits and vegetables… unless you are eating them processed. Fresh is best, but there are no lost nutrients if you buy them pre-frozen. Where you go wrong is if you get them canned. Since the canning process adds a LOT of sugar or salt to help preserve the food, you end up eating a lot of junk that way.

Water – Most people are slightly dehydrated throughout the day. This isn’t totally a bad thing, since the body will tell you when it needs water. But it’s not a good thing either. If you’re trying to lose weight, drink more water than necessary. It prevents overeating, and it keeps things running smoothly inside you.

If you are looking to boost your performance in the bedroom, you can take dangerous drugs that are known to lead to all sorts of problems. For instance, Viagra is linked to melanoma. Or you could try a natural method that will help keep you healthy in all areas.
