This will take emotions out of the equation when choosing what to eat. 3-Be Positive. When you replace bad, negative thoughts with positive ones, you will feel more confident and energetic. This in turn will help you to make the changes without feeling scared. 4-Water Drinking. Drinking a ton of water helped me to flatten my belly. It is very satisfying to drink plenty of water. 5-Cut out sugar. The ultimate success will come by your ability to resist your sweet tooth. Sugar is like power food for fat cells. They thrive on it. Don’t spend time or money on foods with sugar. They’ll just add on extra pounds. Just focus on what you need to do to accomplish your goals.
