Ask about the attorney's payment requirements up front. Will You be Working on My Case? Some well-established attorneys have junior attorneys on their team. In some cases, he or she will hand off the work to one of these junior attorneys, even though you initially assumed that he or she would be handling the case. If you are particular about wanting a certain attorney, make sure you ask whether it will be him or her handling your case.
