In the modern world of the hustle and bustle, one can’t pay a complete attention to the body care. Stress, long working hours and pollution affects the overall health. According to Ayurveda, every person can achieve it by following correct habits and lifestyle. Three types of skin imbalances Ayurvedic skin care products correct three types of skin imbalances that cause several problems: Vata skin: It is dry, dehydrated and vulnerable to the cold weather. It becomes rough, whitish and flaky in the winters. Pitta skin: It is fair and sensitive. Warm in touch and not tolerant to high temperatures. Rashes, acne and sunspots are the common ailments of pitta skin. Kafa skin: It is thick, cool and tolerant to high temperatures. It remains young and lustrous for more time as compared to other two types. However, dullness, blackheads, pimples and skin diseases prevail in this case. Ayurveda says that if the skin is not healthy from inside, it will look dull and unattractive regardless of external treatment. Hence, it treats the fundamental problem of the skin and not superficial symptoms. The ideal skin is soft, smooth, lustrous and moist. It is neither too oily nor dry. The touch and feel are pleasant, and appearance is good. The goal is to achieve an ideal skin. Ayurvedic skin care products are harmless, effective and give permanent solutions to complex skin problems though it takes little longer to give result.
