Refreshing Juices If you’re lucky enough to meet the Fruitman, you should take the chance to stock up on a variety of lush tropical fruits. Many of the bars at the luxury hotels around the bay, like The Landings St Lucia, will happily blend your fruit for you into a delicious smoothie or healthy fruit juice. Keep your eye out for the Fruitman’s limes, pineapple, oranges and you’ll have the perfect ingredients to hand over to the barman to create a delicious, refreshing glass of traditional St Lucian rum punch (once they’ve added the rum of course).
