You can qualify for this certification if you have visual impairment, hearing impairment, mobility issues, diabetes, seizures, epilepsy, autism, multiple sclerosis and other physical or mental disabilities. Therapy Dogs offer comfort and positive effects on individuals in hospitals, nurse homes, hospices and other facilities.
