QCrew Back Door BBQ Catering offers customers the convenience of ordering food without booking a fully catered barbecue event. They can order ahead and either pick up the food or have it delivered the day of the event. “Our focus at Back Door BBQ Catering is on providing truly amazing food for your catered affair that you can pick up at your convenience,” said owner Bill Dixon. “Guests who attend your event will remember the food for years to come and you will remember our efforts to make your day a great success.” Customers must order the food at least two days before the event. They choose what they want by filling out and submitting an online form. A catering advisor then calls them to confirm their order and discuss their exact needs and budget. The next step is to pick up their order or have it delivered the day of the event. Each selection serves 12-15 people. Customers can choose favorites like QCrew’s juicy BBQ chicken, tender St. Louis BBQ ribs and BBQ pulled pork as well as dishes like baked ziti and penne vodka. Salads, beverages and desserts including Sweet Pea premium ice cream are also available. QCrew Back Door BBQ Catering will even provide the ice, coolers, disposable plates and cutlery, and to-go tins. BBQ packages are available with a minimum size of 20 servings and includes a table cover, wire racks with Sterno cooking fuel cans, disposable plates and cutlery. “Our veteran staff will assist you at every stage of your planning to exceed your overall expectations,” Dixon said. QCrew BBQ Catering Co. continues to offer its traditional full-service catering for customers who prefer a fully-catered event. The QCrew staff caters on site, setting up their outdoor kitchen and pleasing guests with their authentic oak pit and smoked barbecue selections.
